How can you keep your body healthy?
You shouldn't drink any type of alcohol because it’s bad for your body and it can damage your brain.
You shouldn't sniff any solvents because it’s addictive and it can also damage your brain.
You shouldn't use any drugs because if you use too much, you might end up on a wheelchair and die young.
How do you exercise?You also need to exercise regularly to burn off all the calories or they will turn into body and stomach fat. Did you know that exercise doesn't mean you have to play a game of football or basketball? You can also exercise by taking your dog for a walk and running up and down your stairs.
